Producing Mines & Facilities

Geita Open Pit

Geita Region

Our flagship surface operation. Conventional drill-and-blast with 45-tonne haul fleet feeding a primary jaw crusher.

  • 350 kt ore / year
  • 0.8 g/t average head grade
  • Open pit — 3 benches
  • Local workforce: 620

Nyamongo Underground

Nyamongo, Geita

Decline-access underground mine producing higher-grade ore, hoisted to surface and trucked to the CIL plant.

  • 180 kt ore / year
  • 3.1 g/t average head grade
  • Decline to 220m depth
  • Local workforce: 380

CIL Processing Plant

Central Hub

Carbon-in-leach plant with a 1,200 tpd design capacity and full cyanide-detox circuit for tailings safety.

  • 1,200 tpd design
  • 94% recovery
  • Carbon regeneration
  • Cyanide detox & tailings dam

Refinery & Assay Lab

On-site

Doré bars poured on site, assayed by fire assay, and prepared for secure export under LBMA-aligned documentation.

  • Fire assay on every lot
  • Doré bar pouring
  • Independent verification
  • Sealed export logistics

Our Process

Seven Stages, One Chain of Custody

01

Exploration & Drilling

Geological mapping and RC/diamond drilling define the orebody before a single blast.

02

Extraction

Open-pit drill-and-blast and underground long-hole stoping produce run-of-mine ore.

03

Crushing & Milling

Primary jaw and secondary cone crushers reduce ore to a fine grind for leaching.

04

Leaching & CIL

Carbon-in-leach circuit dissolves gold and adsorbs it onto activated carbon.

05

Elution & Electrowinning

Loaded carbon is stripped and gold is recovered onto cathodes.

06

Smelting & Assay

Doré bars are poured and fire-assayed for exact gold content before export.

07

Export & Documentation

Sealed shipments travel with full chain-of-custody and assay paperwork.
